Where we deliver We deliver to the United Kingdom.
Where orders ship from Orders are packed and shipped from our fulfilment centre in the US.
Delivery times Delivery usually takes 6–14 business days. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
Shipping costs Shipping to the US is free. Other countries pay "International Shipping", added at checkout. The final shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Customs and import fees Orders sent from the US to other countries cross a customs border, so the destination country may charge import duties or taxes on delivery. These aren't included in our prices.
Damaged, faulty or lost orders If your order arrives damaged or faulty, or doesn't arrive, contact support@nxt-am.scale1.app within 30 days with your order number (and a photo of any damage). We'll send a replacement or give you a refund.
Changed your mind? You can return unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Please contact support@nxt-am.scale1.app with your order number before sending anything back. This doesn't affect your legal rights as a consumer.
Right to cancel (consumers in the United Kingdom) If you live in the UK, you can cancel your order within 14 days after the day you receive the goods, without giving a reason. Tell us clearly that you want to cancel (NXT AM, support@nxt-am.scale1.app), for example by email. We will refund the price and the cost of standard delivery within 14 days of getting the goods back or of your proof that you sent them, to the payment method you used. You pay the cost of sending the goods back. You are only liable for any loss in value caused by handling the goods more than needed to check them.
Exception for opened health and hygiene products (UK) The right to cancel does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery (regulation 28(1)(e) of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013). This includes supplements and cosmetics whose seal has been opened.
Refunds Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take a few business days to show it.
